If you think you might be having a problem not getting enough sleep – print out this quick Sleep Test and answer Yes or No to the following questions:

Count the answers you marked as Yes. If you answered Yes to 3 or more statements, you are probably not getting enough sleep.

Try going to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual every night for a week and re-take this test. Continue this practice of going to bed 15 minutes earlier until you no longer answer any questions as Yes.
