Depression Self-Assessment

It is important to periodically self-assess, at least monthly, weekly if possible. Take a look at your calendar and select a day for a quick review of how you feel, what’s been working well, what has only been partially working, and what still needs some work.

Everyone has down days. This assessment is an over-all review since your last assessment. Ask yourself the following questions. Answer yes or no.

The above list contains early warning signs. Answering yes to any of these questions indicate a potential problem that needs attention.
